Crem Temporary Workers

Any temporary worker engaged by Crem Recruitment has the responsibility to behave responsibly when it comes to their health and the health of others, especially in light of the recent CornaVirus Pandemic.

Temporary workers displaying symptoms of COVID-19 must under no circumstances attend their work assignment and must instead stay at home and call the relevant branch to report their intended absence at least 2 hours before their shift is due to commence. Once the absence has been reported the temporary worker must then call 111 and take advice on next steps.

Currently at time of writing, any individual displaying COVID-19 symptoms must self-isolate for 7 days and those living with people who have displayed symptoms must self-isolate for 14 days.

Crem Recruitment ask that if any temporary worker becomes unwell and is unsure what to do regarding attending work that they contact their relevant branch first so their consultant can liaise with the company directly before going to site. This will minimise the risk to the site you are engaged to work at.
