COVID-19 - Latest update

Latest update - Lockdown 2.0...

We recognise that the COVID-19 situation has been a rapid and ever changing environment and we want to take the time to reassure you of the actions we are taking as a responsible recruitment agency. The health of our clients, candidates and fellow team members is our absolute priority. We will ensure that we continue to support you, whether it's your business or your job search during such uncertain times.

Following on from the Government's latest lockdown announcement, we would like to reassure you that our business will run as usual from Thursday 5th November onwards.

Each branch will continue onsite and occasionally, remotely, to help mitigate any possible spread of the virus within the company and all deadlines, such as payroll, remain unchanged.

Please also note that our opening hours at every branch will still be 8:30am-5:00pm.

We will continue to to monitor the Government's response and keep you all updated accordingly.

In the meantime, rest assured that we are reacting extremely quickly to all and any policy updates and procedures where necessary. Some of these procedures we have put into place include:

Office/Remote Working...

our teams from each branch are mostly working in each respective branch, however, so as to mitigate risk of virus exposure and spread and to ensure we adhere to the social distancing guidlines, we do have staff working odd days remotely. We have a system in place that allows our staff to work remotely in an extremely secure and efficient manner. 


Updated Registrations...

to avoid exposure, all of our candidate registrations continue to be completed remotely The interviewing and screening process is undertaken via phone/zoom/facetime and new registration forms introduced allowing temporary workers to register fully with Crem by means of electronic signatures.


Risk Assessing...

prior to starting an assignment for Crem, all new candidates are now thoroughly risk assessed to check any potential exposure they may have had to COVID-19.


Company Procedures... 

we continue to communicate fully with all current and new companies we supply with staff, to establish what COVID-19 procedures and measures they have introduced for their team and ensure that all of our candidates adhere to those same procedures accordingly to maintain safety.
