Update from the Crem Team
Amid the developing coronavirus situation, we want to take the time to reassure you of the actions we are taking as a responsible recruitment agency. The health of our clients, candidates and fellow team members is our biggest priority.
The health of our clients, candidates and fellow team members is our biggest priority. We are closely following the advice of official government polices and as such a variety of measures have been taken by us including a slightly more enhanced online registration procedure to ensure we minimise the impact to public health.
In light of the recent events surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, we have decided to close our branches until further notice. We would like to reassure our clients and candidates that we have put measures into place to continue to support you in these unprecedented times. The situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve and our priorities over the last few weeks have been to ensure that we continue to manage business continuity whilst also protecting our clients, candidates and also our team, who have all been incredible over this period.
Rest assured that we are reacting extremely quickly to all and any policy updates and procedures where necessary. Some of these procedures we have put into place include:
our teams from each branch are each working remotely to ensure social distancing and minimise the risk of exposure. We have a system in place that allows us to do this securely and extremely effectively. This includes our phones being diverted to company mobiles and also re-aligned back office processes meaning that payments to temporary workers is not affected.
all candidates are now being registered remotely, the interviewing and screening process is undertaken via phone/zoom/facetime and new registration forms introduced allowing temporary workers to register fully with Crem by means of electronic signatures.
prior to starting an assignment for Crem, all new candidates are now risk assessed to check their potential exposure to COVID-19.
All current and new companies we supply with staff are requested by us to state any and all procedures they have introduced for their team since the start of this pandemic to ensure that all of our candidates adhere to these and maintain safety.
As an independent business, we understand the importance of coming together in times of uncertainty. As such if you wish to discuss your own safety or have any other questions, then please speak to the team at your one of your local branches.
In the meantime, please do take care of yourselves and your families and stay safe.
